WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:15 P.M. BY Michael Shea

THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE WAS RECITED.

THE MINUTES OF THE General MEETING OF September 16th

WERE APPROVED AS , ON MOTION BY Richard Thomas Martinez,
SECONDED BY Richard Martinez.

CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS: No Corrections

CON EDISON- Richard said it took 24 hours for Coned to respond to an emergency.

PSEG/LI- Progress

PRESIDENT’S REPORTS- Need to push Membership with posters & vehicle stickers. Send out more e-mail blasts

TREASURERS REPORT- Finances up to date. Legacy money doing well. Membership invoices going out. A motion was carried to hire an Accountant to reconcile our books for $100.00 per month.

FINANCIAL REPORT-Legacy money went up 20K in last 12 months

D.O.B. – Next meeting Local Law 88 at October General meeting Old application prior to 2017 abandoned in BIS

IAEI- Progress

INSURANCE- Progress

E-BULLETIN- William will be sending out more e-bulletins

WEBSITE- LL 88 information is posted in Articles

PLANNING- Next meeting sponsored by UtiliVisor and Pearl Street Lighting

MEMBERSHIP- 173 Members paid.

OFFICE & CREDIT RATING- E-Board member spoke to Kim about work that needed to be completed.

CONSTITUTION- Constitution to be posted on the website

DINNER DANCE- Next weeks dinner dance slated for May 15. Motion to pay deposit carried

DINNER DANCE/DIRECTORY- Kim will do all the art work and will get sponsors

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS- Well behaved meeting

H.J. EISENSTEIN SCHOLORSHIP- Application to go out in February

SUNSHINE & TEARS- A moment of silence was given for Richie Martinez’s Brother passing, Eddie Martinez

GOOD & WELFARE- NEL Energy Expo October 15th 2PM- 8PM
