THE MINUTES OF THE Executive Board MEETING OF October 7th

WERE APPROVED AS Written, ON MOTION BY Ken Fisk,
SECONDED BY Carlo Berardi.

CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS: No Corrections

CON EDISON- Is present and answering Member issues

PSEG/LI- Progress

PRESIDENT’S REPORTS- Thank you to Tim. Ryan and Isabelle for their presentation. Code meeting coming up next month.

TREASURERS REPORT- All bills being paid. Dues are now due, please pay on the website.

FINANCIAL REPORT-Legacy money doing well

D.O.B. – Quit, no report out. Election maybe affecting

IAEI- Progress

INSURANCE- State Farm is not write Commercial liability in NY. Permits expire when your Insurance does, so don’t forget to reprint permits.

E-BULLETIN- Is going out to all Members. Let us know if you are not receiving.

WEBSITE- Will be adding Code Corner to submit questions.

PLANNING- Next meeting Code Class by Frank & Chris Farina of Swis Training Center

MEMBERSHIP- 173 Members paid.

OFFICE & CREDIT RATING- Kim sending out 2026 Membership dues

CONSTITUTION- Constitution being followed

DINNER DANCE- May 15th at El Caribe $180.00 per ticket

DINNER DANCE/DIRECTORY- Kim will do all the art work and will get sponsors

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS- Good meeting

H.J. EISENSTEIN SCHOLORSHIP- Application to go out in February

SUNSHINE & TEARS- A moment of silence was given for Richie Martinez’s Brother passing, Eddie Martinez

GOOD & WELFARE- 50/50 was drawn
