THE MINUTES OF THE General Meeting of September 15th

WERE APPROVED AS Written, ON MOTION BY Joseph LaVolpe,
SECONDED BY Richard Martinez

CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS: No Corrections

CON EDISON- Will be at the next meeting with new Blue Books.

PSEG/LI- Will be at the next meeting with new Red Books.

PRESIDENT’S REPORTS- Everything going well and we need to push for new Members

TREASURERS REPORT- All accounts doing well.

FINANCIAL REPORT- Legacy money all up

D.O.B. – Next meeting to review abandoned permits and Supersedes

IAEI- Presentation was by Pavion Fire Alarms (Firecom)

INSURANCE- Anthony from USI sent clarifications on DOB insurance issues

E-BULLETIN- Going out regularly. Briscoe notice send out.

WEBSITE- No issues

PLANNING- Next meeting by SWIS Training Center

MEMBERSHIP- $50 credit for every new member brought in.

OFFICE & CREDIT RATING- All good, Will request Kim to get paperwork out prior to meetings

CONSTITUTION- Being followed.

DINNER DANCE- Ongoing, May 21st 2027, Committee to meet with EL Caribe

DINNER DANCE/DIRECTORY- Ongoing, Kim to start reaching out to advertisers in January

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS- All good, meeting in good order.

H.J. EISENSTEIN SCHOLORSHIP- Progress

SUNSHINE & TEARS- Carlo Berardi had a Grandson. Dave from Schwing had a motorcycle accident.

GOOD & WELFARE- All Good
