WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:45 P.M. BY Michael Shea

THE MINUTES OF THE General MEETING OF May 20th

WERE APPROVED AS , ON MOTION BY Russell Castaldo,
SECONDED BY Thomas Berger .

CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS: No Corrections

CON EDISON- A Member had a problem and was given to Anthony to take care of.

PSEG/LI- Progress

PRESIDENT’S REPORTS- Dinner dance was a great success. NEL dinner dance was attended by 4 Five Boro Executives

TREASURERS REPORT- Bills are paid and up to date

FINANCIAL REPORT-Legacy money over 300K

D.O.B. – President to draft letter to DOB for an in person meeting. Many topics to discuss.

IAEI- Progress

INSURANCE- Progress

E-BULLETIN- Pictures were updated and need art work for next E-bulletin

WEBSITE- Meeting Minutes updates with upcoming meetings. Dinner dance photos to be uploaded.

PLANNING- Code updates with presented by Pierre Belarge for June’s General Meeting

MEMBERSHIP- 162 Members paid, email blast to be sent to all NYC Licensed Electricians

OFFICE & CREDIT RATING- Very thing going well. Kim is doing all that is asked.

CONSTITUTION- Constitution to be posted on the website

DINNER DANCE- 129 attended, with 139 paid.

DINNER DANCE/DIRECTORY- Kim did a great job, Dance to show a profit.

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS- Good meeting so far

H.J. EISENSTEIN SCHOLORSHIP- 5 Scholarships given out at the Dance

SUNSHINE & TEARS- No News

GOOD & WELFARE- No News
