The Executive Board MEETING OF January 6th, 2026
WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:00 P.M. BY Michael Shea

THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE WAS RECITED.

THE MINUTES OF THE General Meeting of December 9th

WERE APPROVED AS , ON MOTION BY Joseph LaVolpe,
SECONDED BY Carlo Berardi.

CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS: No Corrections

CON EDISON- Many Members using using there services at the meeting, there was a line out into the hallway.

PSEG/LI- Helped a member for BRSLI paperwork. Please note that there emails have changed.

PRESIDENT’S REPORTS- Great 2025, Membership up and we will focus on the New Code

TREASURERS REPORT- All accounts are doing well.

FINANCIAL REPORT- Invoices to Advertisers sent out last week.

D.O.B. – New Code, more classes at meetings. Trying to get Reps at meetings. Many Ideas discussed.

IAEI- Progress

INSURANCE- Check your Insurance Carrier, State Farm will no longer write GL’s in NY

E-BULLETIN- Need to add photos from meetings. Kim working on progress

WEBSITE- Progress paid fees

PLANNING- January Joseph Quacinella of Omega and Ramon Lopez in February

MEMBERSHIP- Kim to update list – 183 Members

OFFICE & CREDIT RATING- Working well, Membership Invoices sent out

CONSTITUTION- No Updates

DINNER DANCE- May 15th at El Caribe – $180 per person

DINNER DANCE/DIRECTORY- Too early to review

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS- Good meeting – No issues

H.J. EISENSTEIN SCHOLORSHIP- Application to go out shortly, Motion was made to provide a discount for $200 for full table purchase before April 30th.

SUNSHINE & TEARS- Carlo Berardi to be Grandfather and his Wife published a children’s Book!

GOOD & WELFARE- Electrical Training Course sponsoring Code Seminar March 11th 2026
